OVERVIEW

Collaborated with designers/strategists to host a two day leadership and business transformation summit for IBM's Research Division. 

IBMers from 5 continents flew into the summit to bond and discuss the future of IBM Research's 4 Key pillars: Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Science for Social Good, and Word's Smallest Computer.

RESULTS

We outlined a series of team-building and interactive brainstorming initiatives to break the ice and activate the IBMers creativity and innovation.

Ideas generated in the discussion were then persued beyond the summit within IBM research.
