Drove the design of a two-sided marketplace connecting brands with manufacturing partners, owning product direction from initial concept through early traction. Transformed an ambiguous, operationally heavy workflow (RFQs, sourcing, communication) into a structured, scalable product experience.

Collaborated with leadership to define core product strategy, monetization pathways, and user flows across both sides of the marketplace. Established design foundations, created reusable systems, and introduced rapid prototyping workflows to accelerate decision-making in a resource-constrained, early-stage environment.
