THE PROCESS

Was responsible for illustrating diagrams for the product packaging and upboxing manual for the world's first desktop SLA 3D printer: the Form2. Collaborated with project managment, marketing and engineering to create the most straighforward experience possible for new users. Performed user research with individuals who had never interacted with the machine before.

Clear instructions resulted in a 50% decrease in set-up related customer service calls.
