AM Mornings

AM Mornings is a live call-in current events show hosted by Alexx Media, where listeners can join the Patreon and jump into the conversation in real time. I designed the logo in collaboration with the host, pulling from the clean, confident energy of 90s morning broadcast graphics — classic, structured, unmistakably “on air” — but stripped down so it feels sharp and current.

We pushed through 40 concepts, narrowed to 5, then 3, and ultimately landed on one mark that feels timeless, bold, and built to live across live streams, clips, and merch.

Phase 01
High-volume exploration to exhaust immediate directions. ~55 quick sketches.

Phase 02
Exploration was distilled into a small set of viable directions that were further explored.

Phase 03
Two directions were explored through application and iteration.

Final Mark + Application
A final mark was selected and carried through the brand—appearing across mugs, YouTube, and on-stage mics.
